The missile boat 10411 project is intended for:
- State borders defense;
- Economical Zone control;
- defense of coastal communications, ships and artificial constructions.
Anti-shipping missile and artillery complexes are installed on the ship to reinforce her
weaponry and to extend the ships functions. The boat operates to:
- to attack enemy fighting and auxiliary ships;
- search enemy boats and to destroy them by missile and gun attacks.

The boat has several special characteristics:
- high sea-going and speed qualities provide ship operation at Sea State up to 7-8
and weapon usage at Sea State up to 5 at speed 22 knots without course limitation;
- perfect manoeuvrability;
- powerful missile and gun weaponry;
- modern navigation and communication equipment, which provide high precision
of target designation, coordinates and parameters of its movement, also target
designation radar complex;
- high efficiency.
The boat is protected from nuclear, chemical and germ weapon. To protect the boat
from noncontact weapon degaussing gear is provided.
WEAPON SYSTEM
Attack weaponry
To hit the surface targets the boat is equipped with a missile complex which includes:
- Missile launching control system;
- Target designation radar complex;
- 8 X-35 winged missiles in storage-launch containers:
- flying range up to 130 km;
- flight altitude 10-15 m.
Gun complex
This complex is intended to fight small surface targets and to defense from low flying
anti-shipping missiles.
This complex includes:
