Contenerized catering unit ELC 500
The ELC 500 is designed to cater 500 to 800 people.
The kitchen set of 2 modules includes preparation, cooking and serving of the meals
and has its own dish washing facility. It is entierly autonomous with its
own power production.
The 2 modules are 2 X 20 ft ISO containers with built-in DROPS/AMPLIROLL
capability and 4 folding stabilization corner legs.
The complete kitchen equipment is full electric powered and heated, monitored
by a sophisticated inverter and a diesel powered electric generator, continuous
work capable.
The ELC 500 is very easy to deploy and ready to work in 2 hours with 4 people.
The lateral folding sides are easy to open, thanks to gas jacks and are
jointed by flexible waterproof canvas.
