The mobile field kitchen CR 500 is designed to cater 150 to 500 people in the field.

The CR 500 is equiped with 2 kettles, 2 gastronorm ovens 2/1, 2 hot plates, 1 corrugated griddle and several work tables.

It is entierly autonomous thanks to a continious working genset and the SERT ‘s multifuel burners.

This unit is mounted on an off road chassis/axle. It can be airlifted by all kinds of military aircrafts and by helicopter. It can be towed by any military tactical vehicle.

The CR 500 can be ready to operate in approximately 30 minutes with 2 people. Four folding walkways and awnings make a weather proof shelter of 13 sqm, 700 mm above the ground preventing the operators from dust, sand, mud, snow etc…

It can be coupled with the field bakery or the cold trailer by a junction aluminium part allowing operator to pass from one to another unit.
