The kitchen trailer CM can be equipped with either 1 or 2 or 4 modules.It includes also hot water production and a stainless steel sink. The trailer is covered by a roof with folding awings.

It is heated by SERT multifuel burners and is entirely autonomous thanks to an efficient power generator.

The RCM modular kitchens are single axle mounted trailers with adjustable drawbar, jockey wheel, 2 stabilisation legs and standard tail lights.

The equipment of the CM modular kitchens may vary as follows :
- RCM 50   : 1 cooking module and 1 front cabinet/work table and jerrican.
- RCM 150 : 2 cooking modules and 2 lateral cabinets/work tables and jerricans.
- RCM 500 : 4 cookingmodules, hot water producer, sink, and 2 lateral cabinets/work tables and jerricans.
